At Quick Genie, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all services booked through our platform. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Refunds

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, refunds will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund of the service amount
  • Between 12-24 hours before the scheduled service: 75% refund of the service amount
  • Between 4-12 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund of the service amount
  • Less than 4 hours before the scheduled service: No refund (except in extenuating circumstances)

3. Service Quality Issues

If you experience quality issues with a service provided through our platform, you may be eligible for:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Service credit for future bookings
  • Service redo with the same or different service provider

To qualify for a refund due to quality issues, you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of service completion
  • Provide photographic evidence where applicable
  • Allow the service provider an opportunity to address the issue (when appropriate)

4. Provider No-Show

If a service provider fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed services that meet our quality standards
  • Service fees and taxes
  • Special orders or custom work already in progress
  • Emergency services after they have been dispatched

7. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseeable events, our customer service team will work with you to find a fair resolution.
